The Spice Express, Cleobury Mortimer’s excellent Indian Take Away, is just the latest addition to the business empire built up by the Miah brothers, Shalim and Babul. For 20 years we have served the people of South Shropshire, and restaurants previously owned in Ludlow, Oakengates, Shrewsbury, Church Stretton, Bishops Castle, Tenbury Wells and now Cleobury Mortimer leading to a steady rise in customer numbers.

Our new Take-Away offers a menu bursting with a rich range of Asian foods from the mildest, creamiest dishes you can imagine, right up to fiery chilli explosions.

There are passandas, biryanis, jalfrezies, tandooris and baltis, plus a range of bagooni and karali meals. All are described in English and the helpful staff are always ready to explain or advise. The menu includes many oriental fish meals together with a very good range of vegetarian dishes.
